Description of Thought Field Therapy
Thought Field Therapy, or TFT, is a therapeutic technique which can help to ease or even eliminate emotional or physical problems. This is done by tapping on specific points on the upper body to encourage positive energy flows in the body. TFT works on the premise that the body is made up of energy systems, and any disruptions to these systems are known as perturbations within the system or thought field. The algorithm for the tapping is specific to the individual thought field to eliminate the perturbations and promote health and wellness for the client.
Thought field therapy can be used to provide relief from a number of issues including
- Addictive urges including food
- Past trauma
Thought field therapy is a very simple technique, as well as being incredibly effective. It can have huge results after just one session and allows you to become free from unwanted emotional ties and issues. You can use the technique on yourself anywhere in the world with ease!
A typical session
We will discuss what the troubling issue or problem is; how you feel about it and the emotions which are tied to the issue. After the discussion I will identify a tapping algorithm specific to your needs and I will explain the key points on the upper body we will work with. You will be asked to think of the specific issue or problem and then quantify this feeling on a scale of 0-10, with 10 representing the most intense feeling of upset. We will then work our way through the identified algorithm by tapping on key points on the upper body. This will encourage the healing of perturbations within the thought field and improve the negative ties to the specific issue allowing the problem to ease.
